Hi, my name is John DeVries. I’m a Certified Home Inspector serving the greater Grand Rapids area and am also a Journeyman Electrician. Over the last five years, as an electrician, I have worked alongside many other trades, giving me the experience and exposure necessary to better serve you.

• When you choose me to inspect your home, I will always put you, the client, first during the home inspection process. As the home buyer, your needs and questions come before anyone else involved.

• I will be open and honest about anything I find that should be brought to your attention during the inspection.

• I will be in frequent communication with you and your home buying team from the first contact with me through anything after the final inspection report has been delivered.
